Refund policy
These are development-testing terms. The operator’s address and US state, hosting arrangements and public launch details still need confirmation and legal review. These pages do not claim regulatory approval or permission from the original game’s rights holders.
No charges in the current build
DevzON currently charges nothing for applications or development testing. This website does not accept purchases, subscriptions or donations. There are therefore no project payments to refund in this build.
If someone asks you to pay
Contact devzxon@gmail.com before paying anyone who claims to represent the project. Do not send card details, payment passwords or bank documents through a team application. If you paid an unrelated party, contact that party and your payment provider; we cannot promise recovery of payments we did not receive.
Future offerings and legal rights
Before enabling payments, we must publish the seller’s details, prices, fulfillment rules, cancellation and refund procedures, contact method and applicable consumer rights. This page does not establish a blanket “no refunds” rule or restrict any mandatory legal right.
