Terms of service
These are development-testing terms. The operator’s address and US state, hosting arrangements and public launch details still need confirmation and legal review. These pages do not claim regulatory approval or permission from the original game’s rights holders.
The project
DevzON offers an experimental fan preservation project. Features can be incomplete, unavailable or changed. Public multiplayer is not currently offered. A team/playtest form is a request for review, not an account, access guarantee, employment offer or purchase.
Eligibility and content
Participation requires you to be 18 or older and to confirm this separately. The game includes fantasy violence and cosmetic outfits that expose skin or may be considered revealing under local expectations. You separately choose to participate with this content. Do not use a build where your participation would violate applicable law.
Use and conduct
Provide accurate information, keep credentials private, and follow the community rules. Do not harass others, steal accounts, upload unlawful material, attack the service, or misuse administrative or testing access. Report defects privately rather than exploiting them against others. Testing does not authorize access to another person’s system or original publisher services.
Testing and saved progress
Development builds can crash, have incorrect rewards, lose progress or need resets. Back up your own data where possible. We may change or end testing, limit access, or suspend an account for a documented rule violation or security concern. Ownership and contributions
Original game names, artwork, software and assets remain the property of their respective rights holders. DevzON claims no endorsement or official license. Applying to the team grants no rights in the original game and transfers no ownership of your work. Contribution licensing, confidentiality and any compensation must be agreed separately before contributions are accepted.
Payments
Current testing and applications are free. The website has no checkout, paid currency, paid memberships or donation collection. Do not pay anyone claiming to sell access on our behalf. Any future payment offering will require updated terms and a clear refund policy before payment begins.
Responsibility and applicable law
The service is experimental and provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no uninterrupted operation or particular result is promised. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that law does not allow us to exclude. US federal and applicable state laws may apply; the operator’s actual legal location and any dispute venue must be confirmed before a public launch. These terms do not impose an arbitration clause or waive your mandatory rights.
